  • Assistance with selecting and booking of ceremony and reception sites
  • Assisting with selecting and booking an officiant for the wedding ceremony
  • Assisting with selecting suitable venders for your wedding day needs
  • Scheduling appointments with vendors for bride and groom to meet with them (when necessary)
  • Reviewing & negotiating vendors contracts
  • Attend vendor and alteration appointments

    • Ceremony & Reception Coordination
  • Assistance with menu selections
  • Prepare seating chart for reception
  • Preparation of the wedding day itinerary
  • Attendance and direction at the rehearsal (up to two hours) with instructions for the attendants concerning their duties

  • Provide bridal checklist of things to bring for the wedding day
  • Attending, overseeing & directing the ceremony and reception.(up to ten hours)
  • Directing the processionals, recessionals and receiving lines
  • Coordinate decorating of the ceremony and reception locations

  • Coordinating the collection of gifts received on the wedding day
